[Important Announcement] Application for Interdisciplinary Program Change
To support students’ interdisciplinary learning and development, the application for changing interdisciplinary credit programs for students of Class of 113 (current sophomores) will be open during Week 10. Departments are kindly requested to assist in promotion and remind students to complete the application within the designated period. The details are as follows:
Eligible Students:
Students of the Class of 113 (Current Sophomores)
Application Period:
November 17, 2025 (Monday) – November 21, 2025 (Friday)
(※ 114年 = 2025 年)
Application Procedure:
Students must complete the Application Form for Changing Interdisciplinary Credit Programs (see attachment) and submit it to the Curriculum Division, Office of Academic Affairs, within the deadline.
Notes:
All fields on the application form must be completed. Applications with missing or incorrect information will not be accepted.
If the course quota for the requested program has already been reached, approval from the offering department is required before the change can be made.
