Department of Semiconductor Engineering, College of Engineering Lunghwa University of Science and Technology
Article 1 The Department of Semiconductor Engineering (hereinafter referred to as “the Department”), in accordance with the University’s Regulations for the Appointment and Qualification Review of Full-Time Faculty, establishes these Guidelines.
Article 2 Full-time faculty members of all ranks in the Department shall undergo qualification review for promotion in accordance with the University’s Regulations for the Appointment and Qualification Review of Full-Time Faculty.
Article 3 Faculty members applying for promotion shall complete the University’s Application Form for Faculty Promotion Qualification Review and submit relevant documents to the Department Faculty Evaluation Committee for preliminary review. Upon approval, the application shall be forwarded to the College Faculty Evaluation Committee for further review.
Article 4 External reviewers of professional publications shall grade submissions. A score of 70 or above shall be considered passing.
Article 5 Matters not specified in these Guidelines shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Article 6 These Guidelines shall be implemented upon approval by the Department Faculty Evaluation Committee, reviewed by the College Faculty Evaluation Committee, and ratified by the University Faculty Evaluation Committee. Amendments shall follow the same procedure.
