•微弧 (microarc) 技術

微電弧電漿電解氧化技術是一獨特的新興處理技術。技術特點主要是 1. 微弧氧化陽極處理乃將 Al 、 Mg 、 Ti 、 Zr 等金屬或合金置於電解液中,於強電場作用下,陽極出現放電( spark )及微弧( Micro-Arc )現象,微弧區瞬間高溫燒結作用導致金屬表面陶瓷相之氧化物形成。 2. 微弧氧化將傳統陽極處理氧化之電壓由幾十伏特提升到近千伏特,使工件表面出現火花放電及微弧放電現象,對工件表面氧化層進行電漿( Plasma )之高溫高壓處理,使非結晶氧化層發生相位結構轉變,形成陶瓷狀氧化膜 ,其優異的抗蝕性及硬度,對於輕金屬(鋁、鎂、鈦)合金在 3C 產業輕量化的應用,開闊了更寬廣的用途。

•複合鍍層之研究

隨著科技的進步,對於材料之需求愈來愈高,而單一材料往往無法兼具各項要求,所以將結合兩種或者兩種以上的材料來形成複合材料,使其具有各材料之優點。

ㄧ般將化學方式使金屬與不溶性的固體微粒共沉積而獲得複合材料的方法稱為化學複合鍍,再藉由選擇不同性質的固體微粒可獲得不同功能性的複合鍍膜,因在化學複合鍍具有在表面形成厚度均勻、強度高、晶粒細、耐磨耐腐蝕性好的鍍層 。

鎳磷化學鍍層為公認具有硬度高、耐磨、耐腐蝕而又均勻的表面,為了進一步增強這些性能,與堅硬的物質如金剛粉、碳化矽、氧化鋁、氧化鉻等一些材料之共沉積,從而提升鍍層耐磨性

•環保型三價鉻電鍍

鍍鉻是近年來工業上應用最為廣泛的電鍍技術之一,鍍鉻層具備有良好的硬度、耐磨性、耐腐蝕性和裝飾性外觀,然而因為傳統六價鉻鍍鉻中會對人體產生嚴重的傷害與環境的污染,因而近來發展三價鉻來取代六價鉻的電鍍技術相當熱門。
